Job Summary
Global Head of Corporate Dining & Hospitality leads a fully employer-funded, global dining and hospitality program across offices in New York, Greenwich, El Segundo, London, and Mumbai. Responsible for guest experience, executive hospitality, client-facing venues, wellness and fitness services, standards, vendor management, budgeting, and cross-functional partnerships to deliver high-touch, discreet service and operational excellence aligned with top-tier luxury hospitality standards.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years in senior hospitality leadership within private equity/financial services environments, luxury hotels, private clubs, and/or high-end corporate dining programs
- experience running multi-location, premium, employer-subsidized dining programs
- ability to lead through ambiguity and drive continuous improvement
- strong interpersonal and communication skills; executive presence with C-suite
- vendor management and budgeting acumen
- discretion and confidentiality in high-profile environments
- ability to design and implement global standards across regions
- experience partnering with cross-functional teams (Workplace Operations, Security, Investor Relations, Human Capital)
