Global Head of Enterprise Technology Services responsible for enterprise architecture, data & AI foundations, and executive leadership; lead architecture strategy, data governance, and risk posture across business, data, application, integration, cloud, and security domains. Drive alignment between business strategy, investments, and technology execution; establish governance forums and guardrails to accelerate decisions. Oversee data strategy, governance, and regulatory compliance; build scalable enterprise data and AI platform architectures with a focus on reuse, federation, and security by design. Serve as a trusted advisor to CIOO and ELT, representing architecture and data in governance, risk committees, and investment forums; communicate technology health and strategic priorities. Lead culture of clarity, empowerment, and accountability across Enterprise Architecture, Data & AI Platforms, and related teams; ensure succession planning and leadership continuity. Success measures include established future-state blueprint aligned with priorities, increased enterprise reuse, faster delivery with guardrails, improved data quality and trust, and stronger audit outcomes. Requires 15+ years of global tech leadership in data/architecture/engineering, deep domain expertise, and strong executive partnerships in regulated financial services; 100% dedicated to full-time, office-based work per policy.
