Job Summary
Lead S&P Global's Cloud & Infrastructure organization, overseeing cloud platforms, networks, observability, forward deployment engineering, enterprise architecture, and AI foundations across all global business divisions. Architect and operate the hybrid, multi-cloud estate across Google Cloud, AWS, and Azure with 24×7 reliability, elastic scale, and optimized cost, performance, and sustainability metrics. Engineer resilient global networks spanning cloud interconnect, data centers, and branch locations while embedding zero trust architecture for market-data and trading workloads. Industrialize foundational GenAI capabilities enterprise-wide and drive modernization through risk-based vulnerability management and secure software supply chain practices. Deliver enterprise-wide commitments for cost, quality, performance, and availability through disciplined portfolio management while aligning architecture with M&A execution.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of technology leadership experience
- minimum 5 years leading global cloud and infrastructure organizations of comparable scale and complexity
- Proven track record delivering enterprise cloud transformation and platform modernization at scale across hybrid, multi-cloud environments
- experience with orchestration platforms (such as Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, or OpenShift)
- experience with infrastructure as code tools (such as Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation)
- Demonstrated experience leading global enterprise network organizations across cloud, data center, campus, and edge environments
- experience with SASE/SSE modernization
- experience with zero-trust network access implementation
- Deep operating experience in highly regulated industries such as financial services, capital markets, ratings, or data analytics
- regulatory compliance expertise
- Executive-level fluency working with regulators, external auditors, and enterprise risk functions

- Exposure to regulated data infrastructure requirements including SEC, ESMA, FCA, and DORA compliance frameworks
