Job Summary

Lead S&P Global's Cloud & Infrastructure organization, overseeing cloud platforms, networks, observability, forward deployment engineering, enterprise architecture, and AI foundations across all global business divisions. Architect and operate the hybrid, multi-cloud estate across Google Cloud, AWS, and Azure with 24×7 reliability, elastic scale, and optimized cost, performance, and sustainability metrics. Engineer resilient global networks spanning cloud interconnect, data centers, and branch locations while embedding zero trust architecture for market-data and trading workloads. Industrialize foundational GenAI capabilities enterprise-wide and drive modernization through risk-based vulnerability management and secure software supply chain practices. Deliver enterprise-wide commitments for cost, quality, performance, and availability through disciplined portfolio management while aligning architecture with M&A execution.

Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years of technology leadership experience
  • minimum 5 years leading global cloud and infrastructure organizations of comparable scale and complexity
  • Proven track record delivering enterprise cloud transformation and platform modernization at scale across hybrid, multi-cloud environments
  • experience with orchestration platforms (such as Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, or OpenShift)
  • experience with infrastructure as code tools (such as Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation)
  • Demonstrated experience leading global enterprise network organizations across cloud, data center, campus, and edge environments
  • experience with SASE/SSE modernization
  • experience with zero-trust network access implementation
  • Deep operating experience in highly regulated industries such as financial services, capital markets, ratings, or data analytics
  • regulatory compliance expertise
  • Executive-level fluency working with regulators, external auditors, and enterprise risk functions
  • accountability for large-scale technology budgets

  • Bachelor's degree from accredited institution

Desired Qualifications

  • advanced degree (MS, MBA, or equivalent)
  • Experience integrating technology capabilities post-M&A to accelerate value realization and optimize technology investments across diverse organizational structures
  • Hands-on familiarity with platform engineering
  • familiarity with CI/CD platforms (such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps)
  • familiarity with observability solutions (like Prometheus, Grafana, or DataDog) at enterprise scale
  • Exposure to regulated data infrastructure requirements including SEC, ESMA, FCA, and DORA compliance frameworks
  • demonstrated ability to navigate complex regulatory environments
  • Public speaking experience
  • board-level presentation skills
  • established industry thought-leadership presence
  • prior collaboration experience working with hyperscaler executive teams (Google, AWS, Microsoft) on strategic partnerships
