Job Summary
Global Health & Safety Leader responsible for defining and implementing the company’s global H&S governance, strategy, and standards. Develops best-in-class programs, tools, and methodologies to manage risks, strengthen safety culture, and drive sustainable performance. Partners with COE, regional and site leadership to translate business needs into scalable H&S frameworks, embed safety as a core value, and ensure alignment between global standards and local execution. Oversees governance, incidents investigations, data analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives; collaborates with Operations, HR, Engineering, and Quality to integrate H&S into business processes and support deployment with regional adaptation. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), 12+ years of EHS leadership experience, and strong cross-cultural communication skills; English fluency is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field
- 12+ years of progressive EHS leadership experience in multinational organizations
- Proven track record in leading global teams and managing cross-functional EHS programs
- Deep knowledge of international EHS regulations, standards, and best practices
- Demonstrated experience in EHS compliance, governance, and risk management
- Experience with EHS digital systems, data analytics, and sustainability frameworks
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
