Global H&S Leader

Global Health and Safety leadership role responsible for shaping and advancing Carrier’s global Health & Safety strategy through governance, compliance, and capability development. Drives standardized policies, programs, and reporting systems; translates business needs into scalable H&S frameworks; partners with COE, regional and site leadership to embed safety as a core value across operations. Develops and implements governance frameworks, ensures alignment between global standards and local execution, leads investigations for high-potential incidents, and collaborates with Operations, HR, Engineering and Quality to integrate H&S into business processes. Leverages data analytics and benchmarking to drive proactive risk management and continuous improvement, while engaging with external bodies and regulatory agencies as required. Must possess senior leadership experience, strong cross-cultural influencing ability, and fluency in English, with a Master’s degree preferred and at least 12+ years of EHS leadership experience in multinational contexts.
