Job Summary

Own and grow the global Giving pipeline by developing and executing commercial strategy to drive adoption across enterprise merchants and facilitate €100 million in processed donations by 2030. Grow strategic customer relationships by partnering with global leaders to launch, expand, and optimize Giving programs while identifying new market opportunities. Shape the future of Giving by collaborating with Product to influence roadmaps based on merchant needs and translating feedback into scalable improvements. Drive commercial enablement by partnering with regional teams to develop sales playbooks and best practices that embed Giving into customer conversations. Represent Giving internally and externally as the global expert, supporting executive customer conversations and establishing Adyen Giving as the leading enterprise donation solution. Build scalable ways of working by improving internal processes and reporting to enable efficient growth. This high-visibility leadership role requires 12+ years of experience in enterprise partnerships and involves significant travel to engage with customers and partners.

Required Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise partnerships, commercial leadership, business development, sales or account management
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience driving measurable business growth
  • Affinity with social impact, corporate philanthropy, sustainability or the nonprofit sector
  • Excellent strategic thinking and prioritization skills in an ever changing environment
  • Proven track record of growing strategic enterprise customer relationships
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Track record of building and scaling new initiatives
  • Experience working cross-functionally across Product, Commercial, Marketing and Operations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to identify growth opportunities
  • Outstanding communication and storytelling skills
  • Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders
  • Experience leading executive customer conversations
  • Travel (domestic and international) is required
  • Significant time to be spent in Amsterdam during the onboarding period
  • This role is based out of our New York office
