Job Summary
Oversee quarterly NAV and portfolio reconciliation by investigating discrepancies with Investran and internal operations teams. Prepare and review capital calls, distributions allocations, and expense payments while calculating management fees, waterfalls, and IRR. Monitor expenses, prepare budgets, and maintain accounting data in internal systems for fund forecasts and performance estimates. Liaise with investment and operations teams to enhance reporting, coordinate with external auditors for year-end audits, and oversee offshore team work. Review fund legal documents to assist in building processes for new fund launches.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced Excel skills
- 10+ years of public accounting / private equity experience
- CPA preferred
