Job Summary
Global Fulfillment Lead drives data-driven improvement of global fulfillment and logistics performance. Responsibilities include designing/maintaining detailed BI dashboards and reports, collecting and analyzing global fulfillment data, ensuring data accuracy across ERP, developing cost- and efficiency-focused process improvements, collaborating with warehouses and leadership, and providing scenario analyses and decision-support. Requires hands-on analytics, cross-functional collaboration, deep knowledge of logistics operations, and strong communication in Hebrew and English. Bachelor's degree and 7–10 years in analytics/operations improvement, plus experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), SAP MM/PP/WM, and warehousing operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, logistics, data analytics, or related field
- 7-10 years experience in operations analysis or related field
- Experience building and maintaining BI dashboards (Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
- SAP MM, PP, WM modules knowledge
- Strong data analysis and data quality ownership
- Experience in warehouse operations and process improvement
- Strong presentation and written communication skills (Hebrew & English)
