Job Summary
Global Forwarding Agent responsible for managing and operating the shipment lifecycle of international freight, maintaining operational excellence, coordinating bookings, processing pre-alerts, governmental filings, and invoicing, and delivering timely, accurate service. You will collaborate with international team members and third-party agents to ensure efficiency, provide reporting and documentation to customers, and contribute to customer business reviews. Strong communication, customer service, multitasking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are essential to adapt to fast-paced logistics environments.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of Global Forwarding experience-Ocean
