Global Forwarding Agent responsible for managing and operating the shipment lifecycle of international freight, coordinating booking approvals, pre-alerts, governmental filings, invoicing, and delivery; collaborating with international teams and third-party agents; providing reporting and documentation support; and participating in customer business reviews. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills, plus a proven track record in customer service and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of Global Forwarding experience
- Bachelor’s degree
