Global Financial Crimes Investigator

Job Summary
Conduct end-to-end investigations of external financial crimes including fraud, money laundering, and terrorist financing across multiple lines of business. Manage case inventory by prioritizing investigations based on risk and management direction while adhering to department Service Level Agreements. Perform research and analysis of transaction information, customer data, and external sources to determine activity normality and prepare concise reporting for senior stakeholders. Act as the liaison to law enforcement as required and make recommendations to file Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) in a timely and accurate manner for submission to regulators. Partner with GFC Risk Management, front line units, and other stakeholders to resolve investigations and identify potential operational or compliance risks.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with AML, Risk, or Compliance experience and/or knowledge of financial crimes typologies
- Degree required: Bachelor's or equivalent work experience

- Additional technical/functional experience (e.g., Industry type): Financial Services and/or related government entity
- Certifications: ACAMS – Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists
