Job Summary
Lead the day-to-day delivery and maturity of enterprise planning, forecasting, reporting, analytics, platform enablement, and Finance data product capabilities through the Global Finance Hub. Shape and execute capability roadmaps that translate Finance leadership priorities into clear plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes. Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team focused on business value, innovation, and continuous improvement. Advance driver-based and integrated enterprise planning through scalable delivery, process optimization, and adoption of SAP Analytics Cloud Planning. Oversee Finance data products so teams have trusted, reusable, business-ready data that supports reporting, analytics, AI, machine learning, and enterprise decision-making. Partner across Finance, Technology, Data, and Transformation teams to align business needs, customer feedback, governance, architecture, adoption, and delivery priorities. Champion AI, automation, advanced analytics, modernization, and scalable ways of working to improve Finance capabilities and simplify legacy processes. Communicate priorities, progress, risks, outcomes, and business impact clearly to stakeholders and senior leaders.
Required Qualifications
- proven leader with experience leading teams and capabilities in matrixed environments
- deep experience in planning, forecasting, reporting, analytics, performance management, and business transformation
- strategic thinker who can connect capability work to measurable business outcomes while maintaining disciplined execution and operational excellence
- experience applying product management, product ownership, or capability management practices, including roadmap development, prioritization, and value realization
- customer-centric and focused on adoption, user experience, continuous improvement, standardization, and scalable delivery
- knowledge of enterprise planning, analytics, reporting, and data platforms, including SAP Analytics Cloud Planning, SAP S/4HANA, Power BI, Databricks, or equivalent modern data technologies
- effective communicator with strong executive presence, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead through influence and ambiguity
- curiosity and a continuous learning mindset, with the ability to champion AI, automation, analytics, and modern ways of working responsibly
