Job Summary
Support governance and reporting for Finance-related standards and policies within the CIB Governance Infrastructure, assist in managing the Book of Work and automation projects, and interact with senior management across Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Technology. Develop automation solutions, track stakeholder pain points, and ensure alignment with Risk & Control Self Assessments (RCSA) and Action Plans while gaining exposure to P&L and risk standards and external reporting standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with VBA, Alteryx, Signavio, and Power BI are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to articulate and summarize findings to a broad audience
- Creative self-starter with strong initiative, ability to take ownership and work independently as well as contribute to the broader team
- Has an analytical mindset and a continuous drive to improve processes
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Has experience working with Technology and building and managing their own solutions
- Experience developing scripts using VBA programming language
- Exposure to intelligent solutions tools such as Alteryx, Signavio and Power BI
