Job Summary
Global Finance and Business Management – Fixed Income Financing Product Control – Associate responsible for assisting with daily P&L and Risk reporting, month-end/quarter-end close, and detailed financial analyses for desk heads and senior finance management. Responsibilities include providing markets commentary with robust Risk & P&L explanations, driving process improvements, coordinating front/back office controls, and supporting product control initiatives with cross-functional teams leveraging new technology. Requires strong analytical abilities, excellent communication, and proficiency with finance systems and Excel. 3+ years in Product Control/Financial Control or related area and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline. This is a full-time role located in Brooklyn, NY. NOTE: This position is not eligible for sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years within Product Control, Financial Control, Accounting, or related area
- Experience doing P&L, Risk and month end close process
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related area
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience working with other Finance systems
