Global Field Engineer (m/w/d)

Conduct global modernization, service, and troubleshooting deployments for packaging machinery, performing on-site installations, upgrades, and fine-tuning of complex systems for clients worldwide. Support new machine projects through test runs and final acceptance, while collaborating with internal software and engineering teams to implement effective solutions. Train and instruct customer personnel on operating Syntegon equipment, ensuring machines run efficiently to meet global customer satisfaction standards. Approximately 70% of your time involves international travel, requiring a technical background in mechatronics or engineering along with strong SPS automation skills. This role is part of the Global Field Engineering Team at Syntegon Packaging Systems AG in Beringen, supporting the pharma and food industry with innovative packaging technologies.
