Job Summary
Conduct research and data analysis to identify potential clinical sites meeting study criteria and objectives. Support Development Operations teams by providing key inputs, metrics, and outputs for study start-up and site selection. Manage feasibility launches including system set-up, questionnaire creation, and site-level outreach. Track feasibility responses, report to internal stakeholders, and troubleshoot discrepancies in the process. Ensure data accuracy in CTMS and stay current with industry regulations. Prioritize multiple projects within tight timelines while supporting enrollment forecasting scenarios.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. in a scientific or allied health field (or equivalent degree)
- 3+ years of experience demonstrating thorough understanding of clinical trial conduct and processes
- 2+ years of feasibility/recruitment experience
- Experience with trial optimization vendors, tools, and methods
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks within tight timelines
- Experience working in multiple rare disease therapeutic areas
- Experience with data analysis and interpretation
- Highly proficient with excel
