Job Summary
Conduct clinical systems administration and support Development Operations teams by evaluating issue/enhancement requests and ensuring CTMS data accuracy. Perform research and data analysis to identify potential sites meeting study criteria, then manage feasibility launches including system setup, questionnaire creation, and site-level outreach. Coordinate with stakeholders to track feasibility responses, report internally, and troubleshoot discrepancies across in-house and outsourced studies. Maintain current knowledge of site feasibility regulations and support enrollment forecasting scenarios. Requires B.S. in scientific field, 3+ years clinical trial experience, and proficiency with Excel. Base pay range zł151,200 - zł280,700 annually.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. in a scientific or allied health field (or equivalent degree)
- 3+ years of experience demonstrating thorough understanding of clinical trial conduct and processes
- 2+ years of feasibility/recruitment experience
- Experience with trial optimization vendors, tools, and methods
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks within tight timelines
- Experience working in multiple rare disease therapeutic areas
- Experience with data analysis and interpretation
- Highly proficient with excel
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
