Job Summary
Support Client Advisors in Know-Your-Client documentation, Suitability assessments, and reporting while conducting daily account administration and monitoring client accounts. Assist in the account opening process and internal preparation to facilitate subsequent investments, acting as the point of contact with Account Opening, Supervisory Management, Risk Management, and Investor Support teams. Liaise with Operations and Client Service Specialist teams to monitor exceptions and conduct what-if scenario-based analysis, partnering with the Team Leader to monitor risk metrics across the team. Requires Series 7, 66, and Insurance licenses (or ability to obtain within 90 days), a Bachelor's Degree, and three plus years of industry experience.
Required Qualifications
- Series 7, 66 and Insurance licenses required for position; unlicensed candidates considered, but required to obtain licenses within 90 days of start date
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Three plus years of industry related experience
- Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills
- PowerPoint and Excel expertise
- Familiarity with JP Morgan Private Bank systems Workstation, Connect, DDR/KYC or ability to learn proprietary software
- Experience and interest in financial markets and concepts
