Global Facilities Project Engineer

Job Summary
Global Facilities Project Engineer responsible for leading and managing new construction project planning. Collaborates with stakeholders to establish objectives, scope, and deliverables; prepares space, cost, and schedule reports; develops initial project schedules and budgets; ensures resource allocation and timely delivery; maintains transparent communication with team and stakeholders; defines Roles, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities; collects and evaluates data to support planning evaluations. Requires a bachelor s degree in engineering or related field, minimum 3 years of project management experience, proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD; strong communication and analytical skills; ability to work in a team; PMP or LEED certification preferred, and willingness to engage fresh grads. Familiarity with large-scale construction projects, preferably in semiconductor fab or high-tech/pharmaceutical/oil & gas sectors, and knowledge of local construction regulations and permit processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in project management
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office, Construction Project management software, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD
- Demonstrable experience in Construction or Semiconductor Project Management and/or other relevant industries
- Proven track record of successful project delivery
- Knowledge of local construction regulations, permits and approval processes
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organization, coordination, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and proactively in a team environment
- Relevant professional certification in project management or construction management, like PMP or LEED certification
