Global Facilities Engineer

Job Summary
Design, build, and support analytics-driven systems for global Facilities, translating complex operational data into clear, actionable insights and developing interactive dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) to support leadership decision-making. Integrate analytics and AI-enabled capabilities into Facilities platforms, design front-end interfaces that connect analytics to back-end enterprise systems, ensure data quality and usability across Facilities applications, and collaborate with Facilities, IT, and Digital teams to identify automation opportunities and modernize systems. Provide technical guidance, standards alignment, and training to enable adoption and sustained value across global sites; review and guide enhancements to improve scalability, usability, and analytics value.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience delivering analytics, reporting, or system-enabled insights in an operational environment
- Hands-on experience building dashboards or visual analytics solutions (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Experience working with modern programming, analytics, or integration tools (e.g., Python, SQL, Angular, Snowflake, SAP, GCP)
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft O365 tools, including Excel, Power BI, and collaboration platforms
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical solutions for global, cross-functional audiences
