Job Summary
Global Express Captain (PIC/SIC) responsible for safe, compliant operation of company aircraft for VVIP travel, performing preflight planning, weight and balance, fuel planning, route optimization, and adherence to FAA/TSA regulations and Strategy Flight Operations Manual. Maintain licensure, medical certifications, and training; coordinate with security; ensure aircraft airworthiness and documentation; conduct preflight inspections; manage postflight duties and communications with maintenance; demonstrate high-level customer service and professionalism; require international flight experience, ability to travel, and strong situational awareness. Minimum 5,000 total flight hours, 2,000 turbojet, 3,000 multi-engine land, 500 time in type; US-based Tysons Corner location with in-person work.
Required Qualifications
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate with Multi-Engine Rating and Global Express type rating
- First-Class FAA Medical Certificate
- FCC Radiotelephone License
- Valid passport and ability to travel domestically and internationally
- Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, aircraft systems, limitations, and avionics
- Manual flying ability and precise aircraft control
- Integrity, discretion, and customer service excellence
- Bachelor's degree in an applicable field (highly desirable)
- International flying experience
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Extensive background check acceptable
