Job Summary
Lead and manage Anduril's global event security program, overseeing security for confidential internal meetings to international defense trade shows. Develop and implement event security strategy, conduct risk assessments, coordinate with counterintelligence and EP teams, manage on-site operations including access control and handling of controlled information, and ensure ITAR/EAR/compliance. Travel 30-60% and ensure secure protection of people, assets, and information across diverse and high-threat event environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or equivalent practical experience
- 7+ years of progressive experience in a security management role with background in defense/aerospace, federal law enforcement, or Military
- Demonstrated experience planning and leading security for high-risk, high-visibility events
- Strong understanding of event security principles, risk assessment, and crisis management; familiarity with executive protection protocols
- Working knowledge of U.S. government regulations, including ITAR and protection of CUI
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently (30-60%), domestically and internationally
- Must be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance
