Job Summary
Lead the planning and execution of complex, cross-functional projects within JPMorganChase's Equities Operations, driving delivery aligned with business strategy and governance. Develop integrated project plans, allocate resources, meet milestones, and communicate progress to stakeholders. Apply strategic thinking to assess scenarios, risks, and impacts on departmental outcomes while adhering to risk controls. Demonstrate proficiency in data analytics, digital tools, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize processes, foster innovation, and improve operational efficiency. Focus areas include Equities Operations—Securities Lending, Stock Borrow Loan, and Equities Derivatives—plus experience with governance, stakeholder management, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in managing or leading complex projects or programs
- strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills in a project-management context
- experience in project governance and stakeholder management
- strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- effective presentation skills at all levels
- automation to streamline project workflows and increase operational efficiency
- knowledge of financial markets or related financial services operations
- understanding of Equities products
