Job Summary
Execute market, agency, and principal equity orders with speed, precision, and professionalism while facilitating client transactions end-to-end. Monitor market conditions, liquidity, and news flow to identify opportunities and risks, applying analytical models to support execution decisions. Balance client outcomes and firm objectives to drive revenue growth, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Research to originate new business and develop trusted relationships. Communicate market trends and trading insights to stakeholders, ensuring strong service and seamless execution across all orders. Requires fluency in Arabic and English, a Bachelor's degree, and Saudi national status.
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of analytical and pricing models used in trading and execution
- Comprehensive product knowledge across asset classes, with the ability to connect cross-asset impacts to equities
- Ability to remain composed and effective in a fast-paced, time-sensitive trading environment
- Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging across varied seniority levels
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent qualification)
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Saudi national
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with Cash Equities products and workflows
- Familiarity with Saudi and MENA public markets and corporate coverage universe
- Experience partnering closely with Sales and Research to deliver client outcomes and grow business
