Job Summary
Cover quantitative and systematic clients end to end by delivering holistic execution solutions across our suite of trading products. Build processes to measure key performance benchmarks and use execution data to optimize trading behaviors. Maintain regular dialogue with key trading and decision-making personnel at client firms to align objectives with our electronic execution capabilities. Initiate and sponsor end-to-end projects with product, sales, technology, and legal partners to deliver differentiated electronic solutions. Collaborate with the electronic coverage team to provide a positive client experience while leveraging our global platform spanning algorithms, automated liquidity, data, analytics, and low-latency execution.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience on an equities electronic execution desk with a focus on systematic trading
- Strong understanding of the US equity liquidity landscape, including alternative trading systems, exchange market structure, and market impact modeling
- Ability to multi‐task in a high‐pressure environment and enthusiasm to take on new projects
- Effectively partner with internal stakeholders (sales, trading, technology, legal, compliance) and external partners (clients, vendors)
- Experience with automated execution products
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related field

- Prior technical experience with data and analytics reporting and platforms
- Proficient in Python
