Job Summary
Lead the design of a Funding Balance Sheet for Global Equities and manage the design and implementation of new solutions leveraging Digital Accelerator tools like Alteryx and Tableau. Understand multiple system flows to reconcile to the Business Activity and collaborate with Internal Stakeholders including Treasury, Business Heads, and Finance Management. Work across Equities and Fixed Income counterparts to ensure consistent deliverables while highlighting opportunities for process rationalization and improvements to Senior Management. Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Business Management, and the Global Equities business to analyze and manage the balance sheet and liquidity position, contributing to the production and control of reporting.

Desired Qualifications
- Banking experience and understanding of equities products as well as balance sheet forecasting, liquidity and transfer pricing concepts are desirable.
