Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 6+ years in prime brokerage, derivatives clearing, or adjacent roles; hedge fund client experience strongly preferred
- Product expertise in Prime Finance and/or Cleared Derivatives, with ability to translate needs into solutions
- Energetic self-starter with a track record of enhancing and scaling product offerings
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with persuasive presentation and negotiation abilities
- Proven ability to manage, grow, and strengthen senior client relationships in fast-paced environments
- Series 3, 7, and 63 required within 6 months of joining
