Job Summary
Global Enterprise Advisor for Account Services at Verizon responsible for building strong customer relationships with business customers, driving online tool enablement and adoption, coordinating with internal teams (sales, IT, Finance), maintaining client account profiles, overseeing contract deliverables, and implementing multiple projects. Must leverage Salesforce for reporting, QBR generation, action planning, and funnel management; focus on lifecycle management priorities such as churn, customer relationship, and digital contact.
