Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience driving revenue growth in an enterprise/global account role
  • 5+ years of experience in business development/account management with a track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Demonstrated ability to manage global enterprise accounts and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to negotiate contracts
  • Strong business acumen and ability to position complex solutions
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% and work in a flexible, fast-paced environment
  • Experience in HR consulting or leadership & learning & development space preferred
