Job Summary
Global Enterprise Account Manager responsible for managing a designated portfolio of global enterprise accounts, serving as the main point of contact, identifying new business opportunities, collaborating with Customer Success and Solutions teams, conducting high-level presentations and contract discussions, and building relationships with key decision-makers to drive account growth. The role emphasizes understanding customer needs, industry context, and delivering strategic, value-driven coaching solutions. Requires 3+ years in enterprise/global account revenue growth, 5+ years in business development/account management, strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, and up to 50% travel with hybrid in-office presence in New York City.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience driving revenue growth in an enterprise/global account role
- 5+ years of experience in business development/account management with a track record of exceeding sales targets
- Demonstrated ability to manage global enterprise accounts and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to negotiate contracts
- Strong business acumen and ability to position complex solutions
- Willingness to travel up to 50% and work in a flexible, fast-paced environment
- Experience in HR consulting or leadership & learning & development space preferred
