Job Summary
Engineering leadership role overseeing GPQSS global engineering delivery, ensuring alignment with global standards, governance, and process improvements; responsible for performance management of engineering deliverables, developing leaders, building external and internal stakeholder relationships, coordinating standards and digitalization initiatives, and driving continuous improvements across engineering processes while aligning with business-unit strategy and budgets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy Engineering (or related field)
- 15+ years of engineering experience in the energy sector
- 5+ years in a global leadership role
- strong communication and strategic thinking
- experience in multinational corporate environment
- familiarity with energy systems, grid infrastructure, and regulatory frameworks
- knowledge of IEC, IEEE, ISO, ANSI, environmental compliance
