Job Summary
Develop and implement efficient methods to maximize client benefits by decreasing current and future taxes, specifically focusing on equity compensation, deferred compensation, and income tax matters. Research necessary situations, analyze findings, and compose detailed reports while assisting with compensation planning and benchmarking for executive models. Ensure client compliance with applicable authorities, obtain required information, and document work product for senior review. Review SEC filings, survey data, and regulatory actions to advise clients on creative compensation strategies and compliance approaches. Assist in preparing studies of market practices and tax activities to identify alternative courses of action aligned with client business objectives. Supervise day-to-day workload, review work of Associates and Interns, ensure software training, and deliver performance feedback and evaluations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Two (2) or more years of prior work experience

- Certified Compensation Professional
- CPA certification

- Statistical software packages
