Global Employee Relations Investigator

Job Summary
Manage medium to high complexity investigations, ensuring timely closure while partnering with stakeholders and reviewing case findings with employment law and integrity councils. Develop disciplinary recommendation risk assessments, update policies and procedures, and contribute to the evolution of the global employee relations framework through program enhancements and knowledge management. Deliver employee communications on talent management initiatives, design training on diversity and inclusion, and provide expert consultation on performance management and compliance. Represent the organization in external cases, including tribunals and mediation, and maintain relationships with employee representative groups. Work three days per week from the designated office in the United Kingdom.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or any other related discipline
- 7-10 years of work experience
- Experience preferably in Employee Relations, HR Generalist, HR compliance, Labor Relations, Employment & Labor Law, or a related field
