Job Summary
Senior Billing Operations Specialist in Global SCM/Cost Management validates 3PL/4PL vendors’ monthly invoices, ensures payments per negotiated terms with Accounting, collaborates with FP&A to estimate monthly costs and review P&L, tracks invoice changes and cost/payment trends, and works to standardize and improve the invoicing process. Requires experience in global SCM (warehousing, international logistics, last-mile delivery), strong data handling across multiple sources, advanced MS Excel, and fluent English/Korean; must be self-starter with ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Required Qualifications
- 글로벌 SCM 관련 경험(웨어하우징, 국제 물류 및 라스트마일 배송) 보유
- 정확하고 간결하게 분석을 정의하고 수행하며 조정할 수 있는 역량
- 복수의 데이터 소스로부터 대규모 데이터셋을 만들고 핸들링할 수 있는 분
- 자율적이고 효과적으로 일하는 셀프스타터로써 외부팀과 긴밀하게 협업할 수 있는 분
- MS Excel 상급의 스킬셋과 유창한 영어/한국어 실력
