Job Summary
Global Early Talent Program in Finance at ABB based in Rotterdam. The program starts with three rotations: nine months in the home country to build foundation, six months abroad to broaden international perspective, and nine months back home to deepen expertise and transition into the next role. You’ll take ownership of monthly controlling and financial reporting, analyze performance and profitability across business lines, support budgeting/forecasting/planning, perform cost and margin analyses on projects/products, and contribute to data transparency through dashboards and reporting tools. Collaboration with stakeholders across teams and countries is a key aspect, with an emphasis on developing leadership and analytical skills in an international setting.
Required Qualifications
- A recent graduate (preferably Master’s level) in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Some exposure to finance or controlling is a plus
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with different stakeholders
- A strong interest in data, analysis, and problem-solving (Excel required)
- Experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus
- Curious, proactive, and open to learning
- Comfortable working in international and diverse teams
