Job Summary
Global Early Careers Campus Recruiter to design and run OakNorth’s multi-market early careers programme (internships, apprenticeships, insight weeks, and a 1-year graduate programme) across London, New York, Gurgaon, Bangalore, and Manchester. Own end-to-end lifecycle from attraction to conversion and retention, build rotations and learning pathways, establish standards and success metrics, and align with hiring managers to create scalable, high-quality feeder pipelines into junior roles. Collaborate across Talent, L&D, and business leadership; attract and engage universities, run campus events, and use data-driven insights to improve pipeline quality and outcomes; advocate for AI-enabled hiring practices and ensure a credible candidate experience. The role emphasizes global coordination, programme design, and long-term talent development over one-off hiring, with focus areas including Debt Finance, Engineering, Product, Finance & Legal, and Operations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience building and delivering early careers programmes
- 4+ years in campus/early careers recruiting
- Track record of end-to-end programme design and execution
- Experience in global or multi-market hiring (UK, US, India preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management with hiring managers and senior partners
- Data-driven approach to pipeline quality, conversion, and retention
- Ability to operate at pace in a high-growth environment
- Curiosity about AI and its impact on hiring
- Strong communication and university-partner engagement skills
- Experience with attraction, assessment, offers, onboarding, and retention workflows
- Understanding of university strategy and campus partnerships
- Ability to align talent strategy with business demand
- Credibility with students and senior stakeholders
- Bias-aware assessment methods
- Proactive in building forward-looking workforce plans
- Strong collaboration with Talent, L&D, and business leadership
