Global DMEAL Senior Advisor Quality Assurance

Job Summary
Provide technical support to strengthen DMEAL quality assurance, measurement, and continuous improvement across sponsorship-funded, grant-funded, and privately funded programming. Translate strategy into practical DMEAL standards, guidance, tools, and review processes for field application; support cross-funding-stream quality assurance; monitor application of global DMEAL guidance; capture and disseminate learning to inform programme adaptation and donor positioning; provide targeted technical assistance to Regional, Field Office, and Support Office teams; contribute to communities of practice and cross-functional working groups. Willingness to travel internationally up to 20% of the time; English fluency required; French/Spanish preferred; preference for candidates with World Vision experience and familiarity with programme quality frameworks and adaptive programming.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree preferred in international development, monitoring and evaluation, public policy, social sciences, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree with significant relevant experience may be accepted
- At least 7–10 years of progressively responsible experience in DMEAL, programme quality, or technical advisory roles in international development and/or humanitarian contexts
- Fluency in English required; French or Spanish preferred
