Job Summary
Senior Global Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging Expert to lead and operationalize ING's DIB strategy across a large, multi-country organisation. You will design, lead and deliver a broad range of DIB initiatives in collaboration with senior stakeholders across HR, Sustainability, Legal, Risk, and Learning & Development, translating strategy into clear priorities, practical initiatives, and measurable progress. You will partner with employee-driven DIB resource groups, stay aligned with internal and external developments in the DIB space, and provide trusted advisory support to global HRBPs, country DIB SPOCs and Business Talent Leads. The role requires strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and hands-on program design and delivery to advance inclusion, equity and belonging at ING across 44 countries. You will balance new solutions with strengthening existing development programs, drive outcomes evaluation, and adapt focus as business needs evolve, while maintaining an emphasis on data-informed decision making and effective communication.
Required Qualifications
- Senior DIB expert with extensive demonstrated experience in designing, leading and delivering a broad range of DIB initiatives in a global role within a complex organisation
- Ability to manage stakeholder relationships at multiple levels across functions (HRBPs, country DIB SPOCs, Business Talent Leads) and partner with leaders
- Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills; data-driven decision making
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact DIB initiatives across teams, functions and locations
- Ability to navigate change and translate strategy into practical, prioritized initiatives
