Senior-level role leading the design, delivery, and management of global enablement programs and strategic projects. Responsibilities include managing full lifecycle of projects, developing training curricula, stakeholder engagement across global client groups, and delivering live/virtual training. Requires strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills; proficiency with Salesforce, Seismic, Tableau; experience in financial services and cross-functional program management; hybrid remote/onsite in Boston.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 6–8+ years of experience in financial services, project management, and/or enablement/training
- Experience managing strategic, cross-functional projects and developing/delivering training programs
- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across all organizational levels
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Seismic, and project management tools
- Deep understanding of Salesforce, Seismic and Tableau
- Experience developing on-demand training content and Enablement programs
- Agile experience
