Job Summary
Execute all customer new-system and upgrade projects across HITEC's global organization, leading worldwide project management teams to deliver safely, on schedule, and within budget. Connect Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Service, Finance, and regional organizations to drive execution excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. Influence operational performance, organizational development, and growth while managing multi-million-euro project portfolios in industrial equipment and critical infrastructure sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or master's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related discipline
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in complex project environments
- Proven leadership experience in international project-based organizations including influencing and coaching skills and stakeholder management
- A strong track record managing multi-million-euro projects and project portfolios
- Experience within industrial equipment, critical infrastructure, manufacturing, or similar sectors
- Demonstrated success in organizational transformation and process improvement initiatives
- Strong commercial and financial awareness
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution mindset
Desired Qualifications
- PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification
