Job Summary

Partner with senior leaders to shape workforce strategy, build leadership capability, and foster a high-performance, inclusive culture. Translate enterprise priorities into actionable HR solutions with a balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution. This role requires hybrid work at the Bloomington, MN office and involves strategic partnership, talent development, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, change leadership, and ensuring compliance across global operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience including direct HR business partner leadership
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Experience in organizational design, talent management, and change leadership
- Experience managing employee relations in a multi-site or global environment
