Lead day-to-day management of SGS's corporate digital channels and homepage, shaping brand storytelling to position SGS as a thought leader; develop and execute an editorial calendar; create and optimize short-form video content (reels, executive videos, interviews) and cross-channel digital campaigns; guide the Digital Engagement team on community management; supervise social media complaints; stay ahead of new formats and pilot them; educate internal stakeholders on best practices for social media management and digital campaigns.
