Job Summary
Global Designer responsible for ideating, designing, and producing assets for global digital/social campaigns across desktop and mobile (sites, banners, landing pages, emails, paid media). Conceptualize and create social content (posts, GIFs, Instagram stories), collaborate with the social team to plan calendars and metrics, and maintain a high-end look aligned with brand guidelines. Provide print/packaging support, conceptualize campaign visuals, and partner with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and stay within budget. Must execute projects from concept to production and stay ahead of digital/social trends.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of graphic design experience with an undergraduate degree in a design-related field
- Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Highly collaborative with a strong work ethic and ability to produce deliverables quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to empathize with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing)
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with CS5+; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience in fashion, beauty, video editing, and photography is a plus
