Job Summary
Oversee end-to-end global demand forecasting for assigned product categories, managing forecasting systems, governance, and outputs to ensure accuracy and alignment across regions. Drive performance through cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement of demand planning capabilities. Own forecasting for product lifecycle events, establish standard methodologies, monitor forecast accuracy and bias, and lead actions to optimize service levels. Partner with Business Units, Product, Sales, and Regional Planning to align forecasts with commercial strategies, and drive data-driven decision making. The role requires 7+ years in demand planning or related fields and emphasizes leadership, execution, and global collaboration. The position offers hybrid work arrangements in Woodstock, IL or Austin, TX.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain experience
- Demonstrated experience managing or overseeing forecasting processes at scale
- Strong analytical and technical expertise in supply chain planning tools and methodologies
- Experience working in cross-functional and global environments
- Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Strategic mindset with a focus on execution and continuous improvement
