Job Summary
Global Delivery Intern program for 2027 graduates with rotations across Middle Office, Fund Accounting, and Financial Reporting teams. Responsibilities include ensuring Investment book of records accuracy, liaising with clients and portfolio managers to identify issues and communicate resolutions, preparing NAV reconciliations and related client reports, setting up and maintaining reporting binders, and producing periodic financial statements in line with IFRS/GAAP. Requires strong critical thinking, problem solving, and English communication, with familiarity in asset management and a solid understanding of financial instruments (equities, fixed income, swaps, derivatives). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office, excellent written and verbal communication, and ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above with expected graduation in 2027; degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field is an asset. Note: internship may lead to priority consideration for full-time conversion if opportunities are available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above (Accounting, Finance, Economy, or related field)
- Graduate in 2027
- Effective communication skills (oral and written) in English
- Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word)
- Organized and deadline-driven
- Exposure to asset management and investment operations is a plus
- Knowledge of financial instruments (equity, fixed income, derivatives, swaps, OTC derivatives) and NAV processes
