Job Summary
Global Customer Intelligence Analyst partners with Sales Leaders across McCain’s global strategic customer portfolio to understand growth opportunities and translate analytics into insight-led narratives that drive joint business planning and category growth. Responsibilities include sourcing and analyzing internal sales data, consumption panels, category trends, and external signals; proposing new data sources; building client-ready outputs (decks, newsletters, briefs); developing point-of-view analyses; presenting alongside Sales Leaders in customer meetings; and partnering with regional teams to scale insight delivery and align with the syndicated data roadmap. Requires 5+ years in data analytics or commercial analytics, Power BI (DAX/Power Query), SQL, and strong data storytelling and executive-presentation skills; Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience; ability to translate analyses into customer-focused growth narratives.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in data analytics or commercial analytics
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent demonstrated experience)
- Power BI with dashboards and models; working knowledge of DAX and Power Query
- SQL: read, write, and validate queries independently against enterprise data sources
- Exceptional presentation craft: ability to create senior-level, clean, and persuasive decks
- Data storytelling: translate messy analyses into a concise five-slide narrative for sales leaders
- Executive presence: comfortable presenting to senior internal stakeholders and external customer audiences
- Customer and commercial instinct: frame insights around customer growth
- Strong ability to build client-ready outputs (joint business review decks, growth narratives, category insight briefs)
