Global Custody Product Manager - SVP

Job Summary
Own and execute the go-forward vision and strategy for Global Custody, including traditional and new asset classes; drive product strategy, roadmap, and commercialization to deliver financial results and shareholder value; lead cross-functional collaboration with Investor Services partners; focus on processing risk reduction, client experience, efficiency gains via AI adoption, and global service delivery. Responsibilities include developing product plans, coordinating life cycles, partnering with operations and technology, driving client value propositions, pricing, segmentation, and competitive differentiation; manage market research, technology trends, and regulatory considerations; oversee program lifecycle and governance with stakeholders across global hubs.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Global Custody within a regulated Financial Services company
- Ability to lead change with a risk management mindset across Product, Operations, Technology and Client partner groups
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with stakeholders in the business
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills without direct management oversight
- Exposure to Artificial Intelligence models and capability to leverage newer technologies to improve productivity and output
- Self-starter with curiosity about how Financial Services works
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with gravitas to manage regulators, clients, boards and senior Citi management
- Comfort navigating ambiguity in a fragmented technological/organizational landscape
