Job Summary
Global Payments Corporate Bank Sales role focusing on a portfolio of Media & Communications clients. As Payments Client Manager (PCM) you will act as a trusted advisor, retain and expand business, optimize payment flows, and deliver high-quality client experiences. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams (Payment Sales Managers, Product, Onboarding, Credit, international teams, and bankers) to define client strategies, prepare and review deals, oversee credit facilities, build account plans, and maintain disciplined forecasting and pipeline reporting. Key responsibilities include understanding client operating models, delivering strategic recommendations, driving product activations, overseeing deal execution, managing client health indicators, and ensuring timely realization of business outcomes. Required capabilities include client relationship management, strong communication, analytical thinking, and proficiency with CRM and Office tools. The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience and a senior-level leadership track in a fast-paced, global environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in client management, sales, or a related role
- Strong understanding of payments products and payments industry dynamics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and optimize processes
