Job Summary
Global Corporate Payments Client Manager Associate responsible for managing a portfolio of Media & Communications clients, serving as trusted advisor to treasury and finance stakeholders, driving payment-flow optimization, expanding revenue, and coordinating with cross-functional teams (Product, Onboarding, Credit, international teams). Prepare and deliver business reviews, maintain client health indicators, drive product activation, and develop account plans to align coverage and achieve client and revenue goals.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in client management, sales, or a related role
- Strong understanding of payments products and payments industry dynamics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and optimize processes
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
