Job Summary
Analyst on the Subsidiary Banking team assists in managing existing client relationships and developing a new client base to drive revenue growth in the Greater China corridor. Works with partners across the firm to build proficiency across Banking, Payments, Markets, Asset Management, Credit, DCM, FX, Rates, Commodities, and Investor Services. Prepares customized pitch books and marketing materials to generate new business, supports bids and pricing/ profitability models, and aids with documentation negotiation and the handoff to implementation and service teams. Maintains internal reports, monitors revenue trends, and collaborates on client onboarding and KYC to ensure regulatory compliance. Requires Mandarin fluency, a bachelor’s degree, strong communication, and analytical skills, plus the ability to work across teams and manage multiple responsibilities, including pricing analyses, RFPs, and delivering against client requests.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin is required
- Bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials
- Self-starter with motivation, dependability, intelligence, curiosity, and a team player mentality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to synthesize complex problems into concise conclusions
- Strong time management, organizational, and planning skills
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with internal teams and resources
- Solid quantitative, analytical, and computer skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel-based modeling
