Job Summary
Associate role overseeing a defined portfolio of German multinational clients with EMEA subsidiaries, serving as the primary contact in Europe and the UK; build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams; identify new business opportunities, grow the client portfolio, and collaborate with product specialists to deliver integrated banking solutions; ensure KYC compliance and cross-border regulatory requirements; support client onboarding and ongoing relationship management; collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide best-in-class client service.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English and German
- Relevant experience in Treasury Services sales, corporate relationship management, or portfolio management
- Strong relationship-building and client-management skills
- Knowledge of treasury services products (payments, FX, lending, trade products)
- Ability to identify opportunities, build pipeline, and drive client portfolio growth
- Strong organizational, planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and learning agility
- Ability to navigate cross-border regulatory environments
